Sky Lawn Hotel & Restaurant - Terms of Service

1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in Time: 1:00 PM (13:00).
• Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (12:00).
• Late Access: Late check-out after 12:00 PM may incur additional charges, subject to management discretion.
• Identification: Per Bangladesh regulations, all guests must present a valid NID or Passport upon arrival.
• Couples Policy: Married couples must present a valid Marriage Certificate (Kabinnama). Sky Lawn reserves the right to refuse entry without refund if valid proof is not provided.

2. Payment Policy

• Advance Payment: To confirm a reservation, an advance payment is required. Remaining balance must be cleared upon check-in.
• Methods: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, bKash, Nagad, BanglaQR, and Bank Transfer.
• Security: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Standard Cancellation (Individual Travelers - FIT)

• More than 48 hours prior to Check-in: No cancellation charge. Full refund of advance payment (less 2.5% administrative/bank processing fee).
• 24 to 48 hours prior to Check-in: 50% of the first night's room rate will be charged as a retention fee.
• Less than 24 hours / No-Show: 100% of the first night's room rate will be charged.

3.2 Peak Season & Holidays (Eid, Durga Puja, Govt. Holidays)

• Reservations during peak periods require 100% non-refundable advance payment.
• No cancellations or modifications allowed less than 7 days prior to arrival.

3.3 Group Bookings (5 Rooms or More)

• Cancellation must be received in writing at least 15 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations within 15 days incur a 50% charge of total booking value.

3.4 Force Majeure (Hartal/Blockade Clause)

• In the event of political strikes (Hartal) or natural disasters: No cash refund is issued, but the booking may be rescheduled to any future date within 6 months (subject to availability).

4. House Rules

• No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside guest rooms. Designated areas are available.
• Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside hotel premises.
• Visitors: Guests are welcome in the lobby/restaurant. Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms for security reasons.
• Conduct: Sky Lawn maintains a family-friendly atmosphere. Unlawful activities will result in immediate eviction.
